You provide an interesting perspective, Stephanie. Here at NetApp we also see Nirvana as being the point when we become the prominent choice for a reader. However, as I'm sure you know, it takes time to earn the interest and trust from the reader before they'll pick your place as the primary spot for information. I hadn't thought about your prediction that the content hub could become the brand's property vs the media outlet. That's interesting. Red Bull has hence bought a media company. They wanted to turn your prediction into a lucrative business model. I'm confident in us marketers making something like that happen. I also think that in many cases, where the reader goes is not as important as how omnipresent your brand is in their mind. The "place" starts to become less relevant when your story does it's job. What I see as the opportunity is to negotiate the cost of content based on it's currency. If your brand can generate big results, the publisher should want your content more for the results than for the money. I'd love to have lunch and chat more.

Vicky, you can change to a different edition for when you're in Australia, and change back when you get back to the US - changing your News360 edition won't affect the rest of your settings.

But really the Australian edition is made for Australians - for you it probably makes more sense to just add the 'Australia' topic to your interests.

I live in the US but I am traveling to Australia in a couple of days and wonder if it would be useful to have a second Australia app just for my trip? I do not want to change my local settings.

Wow, I just had a friend turn me on to News360 and really like it...I may start using it regularly. But one of the first things I thought was that I wished I could add my RSS feeds. It's not either/or, it's both/and.

You guys are awesome. Your apps have excellent user experience on any smart device. You don't use a generic interface like many news services out there. Not sure why Summly gets such attention when News360 is the best news app, hands down. Cheers!

The most facinating of this note book is the feature of saving stories and comes back later for the stories makes it easy for me to save my stories and comes back later for it as somebody that likes giving documentary evidence for any current affairs arguments KUDOS !

I don't usually retweet things like this because I hate spamming my followers. But I did it anyway because I really do love News360... It rocks. Will I hold my great on the chance of winning an iPad? Hell no. I know better. But like I said: News360 is about as unbiased as you can get. It's a great idea.

Glad you guys implemented this! I clearly recall giving the idea to Roman during a phone discussion :) Hardest part is execution though. Please tell me how it works out. I'm especially looking forward to seeing some of the other categories. Some of the subprofiles for techies are not quite mutually exclusive so I wonder how user will react.

If you change that iTunes gift card for a Google Music gift card I might consider it. You should make sure that your Android users (that is my case) also get some love.
